Releasing an artwork<\/em> is understood as leaving an artwork in a public space with the intention that someone finds it and can take it freely, without asking for anything in return.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe artist who decides to participate in the Operation da Vinci<\/em> project, releasing<\/em> one of his artworks, accepts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Leaving one of your artworks in a public space with the intention that someone will find it and take it to enjoy it freely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- That the artwork that has been released<\/em> is of its authorship and is not a plagiarism of another artwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Protect the artwork as much as necessary so that it cannot be damaged, for example by bad weather.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Register on the opdavinci.com<\/strong> website by providing your full name and a functional contact email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Print the letter that you will find in the form you must fill out to release<\/em> an artwork and attach it to the artwork before leaving it in the public space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Provide a real and current image of the artwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Provide your geolocation to indicate the coordinates where the artwork was left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Provide a truthful description of the released<\/em> artwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Do not leave the artwork in areas where access is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Leave the artwork in locations accessible to anyone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Do not leave the artwork in places that endanger people who want to access it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Facilitate access to the artwork for people with reduced mobility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

The artist who decides to participate in the Operation da Vinci<\/em> project, releasing<\/em> one of his artworks, renounces:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Claim the return of your artwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Ask for financial compensation of any kind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- No liability is assumed by Operation da Vinci <\/strong>if the <\/strong>released<\/em> artwork is damaged, whether due to bad weather, vandalism or any other reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- No liability is claimed from Operation da Vinci <\/strong>if the <\/strong>released<\/em> artwork ends up lost because it was not picked up by another person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- No liability is assumed by Operation da Vinci<\/strong> if the person who collected the artwork has taken it incorrectly or without providing a functional contact email address, thereby losing traceability of the work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
People collecting a work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Collecting a work is understood as taking an artwork from the\u00a0Operation da Vinci<\/strong>\u00a0project from a public space \u00a0with the intention of taking it freely to enjoy it, without asking anything in return.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe person who decides to participate by collecting an artwork from the Operation da Vinci<\/em> project accepts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- That the collected artwork is not your property, you only have the right to enjoy it as much as you want and the duty to take care of it as much as possible so that it does not get damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- That you cannot sell the artwork you have collected to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- That the collected artwork can participate in a collective exhibition if Operation da Vinci<\/strong> so decides, facilitating its collection and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- That Operation da Vinci<\/strong> is not responsible for anything that may be caused by the artwork it has collected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
The person who decides to participate by collecting a work from the Operation da Vinci<\/em> project, waives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Ask for financial compensation of any kind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Attempt to obtain some kind of economic benefit from the collected artwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- No liability is assumed by Operation da Vinci<\/strong> if the collected artwork is damaged for any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Operation da Vinci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Operation da Vinci<\/strong> Project and its managers are not responsible for the artworks that are part of the project itself, or for any impact they may cause or suffer. The website, the project itself and its managers only act as a gateway between the artists and the people who want to enjoy their artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\nOperation da Vinci<\/strong> is not responsible for how, where and when artworks are left in public spaces or for what may arise from wanting to access these artworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn no case will Operation da Vinci<\/strong> ask for financial compensation for participating in the project nor will it promote the payment or collection of any amount from anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
